Dark Rainbow Hand Dyed Leather Flogger

This is a "Dark Rainbow" hand-dyed leather flogger. It is black on the outside but once it gets into motion you get to see all of the beautiful color on the inside. It has 28 falls cut at 1/2" wide. The falls are 12" long and the total length is 22". It weighs in at 11 oz. Each one is different since the rainbow is hand dyed. Each one is unique.
